

Present your research work at TNOA PROF TKS Mid-Year Con 2026
The deadline for abstract submission extended to 15th june 2026
Please read the instructions carefully prior to submitting your abstract.
1. LANGUAGE: All material has to be submitted in English only (Arial, font 12).
2. "Abstracts must be submitted online only."
3. Free Paper Presentation & Free Poster Presentation for Post Graduates planned timing will be 7 minutes Presentations + 2 Mins for Discussion.
4. Presenting author should be associate member of TNOA and he should mention the membership number during abstract submission.
5. The presenting author should have registered for the TNOA Prof. TKS Midyear Conference 2026 in Hosur."
6. Abstracts must be of original material and the work should have been conducted in India.
7. Last date of abstract submission is 31st may
8. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any submission, or to assign it to a different category, at its discretion."
9. The Abstract should be divided into the following headings
A] Introduction
B] Aim of the study
C] Materials and methods
D] Results
E] Conclusions
10. Each presenter is allowed to present only one paper; however, additional poster presentations are permitted.
11. Members of the scientific committee will review all Abstract submissions.
12. Review Acceptance & Notification acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e- mail by 1st Week of June
13. Abstract Papers not selected for Award categories will be automatically considered under Free Paper/E-Poster categories, as applicableCertificate of presentation will be awarded to the presenting author only.
